Nexa Reply (AutomationDM) values and respects your fundamental right to privacy. In strict accordance with Meta Platforms Developer Data Policies and GDPR, this page provides step-by-step instructions on how you can request the permanent deletion of all data associated with your Facebook / Instagram account and your Nexa Reply user profile.

Method 1: Automatic Deletion via Facebook Business Integrations (Real-time Callback)

You can revoke our app's access directly through Meta, which triggers an automated real-time server-to-server callback that instantly purges your data:

  1. Log in to your Facebook profile associated with your Instagram Professional account.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, scroll down and click Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  4. Locate Nexa Reply (or AutomationDM) in the list of active apps.
  5. Click the Remove button.
  6. Check the option to delete all interactions and click Confirm Remove.
  7. Facebook automatically delivers a cryptographically signed Data Deletion Request to our backend, which immediately deletes all OAuth tokens, cached follower records, and comment logs.

Method 2: In-App Instant One-Click Deletion

You can purge your data instantly from within the mobile app:

  1. Open the Nexa Reply app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings > DANGER ZONE > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm deletion. Your account, encrypted credentials, connected Instagram accounts, logs, and automations will be immediately and permanently purged from our AWS database.

Method 3: Direct Email Support Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or Facebook settings, you can submit a manual deletion request directly to our data protection team:
